Chic At The Beach sells authentic, pre-owned, and consigned luxury merchandise only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or designer named on this site. Brand names are used only to truthfully identify and describe the genuine, previously owned items we sell, consistent with nominative fair use and first-sale resale rights. If you believe a listing raises a legitimate trademark or copyright concern, contact us at [contact email] — we investigate every claim in good faith and reserve the right to decline claims that mischaracterize lawful resale as infringement.
